Isaac Shepherd is the Founder and CEO of Ai Medical Services, a Texas-based medical billing company specializing in comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for healthcare providers. With over a decade of experience in medical billing services, Isaac has helped practices increase cash flow, reduce claim denials, and improve overall financial performance.
Healthcare has always been part of Isaac’s life. His father has served the Lewisville and Flower Mound communities as a medical doctor for more than 45 years. Growing up immersed in medicine gave Isaac a deep understanding of the challenges providers face — especially when it comes to insurance reimbursement, payer regulations, and revenue cycle efficiency.
Isaac began his career in medical billing as a teenager, learning the foundations of coding, claims submission, accounts receivable management, and denial resolution. He later served as Billing Director for CommunityMed Urgent Care, overseeing revenue cycle operations for a multi-location healthcare organization with more than 15 clinics across Texas. In that role, he implemented scalable medical billing solutions, strengthened compliance protocols, improved clean claim rates, and significantly increased collections.
He understands that effective healthcare revenue cycle management is not just about submitting claims — it is about protecting profitability, ensuring compliance, and maintaining steady cash flow so providers can focus on patient care.
