Meet Isaac Shepherd, Owner of Ai Billing Services, LLC

With over a decade of experience in medical billing and a strong connection to healthcare—my father, Dr. Tim Shepherd, M.D., has been serving the Lewisville/Flower Mound community for over 45 years—I deeply understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals.

In November 2020, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, establishing AI Medical Services in Richardson, Texas. As the owner, I oversee all aspects of medical billing and accounts receivable management, prioritizing client satisfaction and profitability.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about international humanitarian service and spending quality time with my son. My journey has taken me to Peru, Romania, Mexico, and Guatemala, where I’ve contributed to community-building and educational initiatives.
