Isaac Shepherd is the Founder and CEO of AI Medical Services, a Texas-based medical billing company specializing in comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). With over a decade of experience, Isaac has helped practices increase cash flow, reduce denials and improve overall financial performance.
A career built on coding, claims and clean collections.
Healthcare has always been part of Isaac's life. His father has served the Lewisville and Flower Mound communities as a medical doctor for more than 45 years — planting the seeds of a career devoted to reimbursement, payer regulations and revenue cycle efficiency.
Isaac began his career in medical billing as a teenager, learning the foundations of coding, claims submission, accounts receivable management and denial resolution.
